Flexible Alarm Programming
The Central Control Module (CCM) is the ‘hub’ of the innovative Fusion Series. Supporting multiple protocols, including SMS, the CCM takes information from virtually anywhere, processes it and sends it out in the right format. Capable of handling most major languages, various protocols and connection to multiple Fusion modules, the Central Control Module offers flexibility suitable for any application, anywhere.

PBX Integration
Commtech Central Control ModuleWith the easy connection of modules in the Fusion Series, sending a message via the company’s PBX system is as simple as hooking your CCM to a Telephone Interface Module on your system.
This simple combination means staff simply call the Central Control Module and use voice prompts to send a message to a recipient - whether a cordless handset, a pager or even an email address.

Connection To The World
Essentially an email server on its own, the Central Control Module can receive email messages and send them on in almost any format to any recipient you chose; such as an SMS to a cellular phone (via TAP to a GSM provider), as a text message to a cordless DECT/WiFi handset and to virtually any other wireless device you use throughout your entire business - even across multiple physical sites.

Alarm Messaging
With connection to the Fusion Alarm Dispatch Module via RS485 or RS232, the Central Control Module enables the sending of alarm messages to cordless handsets, pagers and email. By adding the Fusion Cellular Messaging Module to the equation, you can ensure that staff carrying cell phones receive these same alerts in the world standard short message (SMS) format.

Reporting Available
The Fusion Series Reporting Module collects and stores data to a PC on the hundreds of events that occur throughout your business every day. Reports can be generated on either the messages or alarms that
are sent and registered by the Fusion Series system.
